40K - Fire Angels: Scout bikers and adjusted organization chart

Completed three out of the five scout bikers; still debating if the sergeant should be stock or with some special weapon.
Changed the organization chart a little bit.

    I would suggest if you do anything for the sergeant, go combi-melta.
